					<description>Yeah Quicken loans sucked for me as well. Unfortunatly for me, I did the whole song and dance. They told me that I had to pay $750 to lock in my rate and good up to 3 months, I paid it and the "closer" came on the line and told me a different rate quote saying that they could not lock in my rate because I didn't have the sales contract yet... total BS! They eventually told me they couldn't approve me because of some things and told me NO ONE could... Called Country wide and was approved next day.</description>
